We had a warm and merry Christmas in Fort Meyer's Beach, Florida. We went to the Everglades, spent Christmas Day fishing on the boat (I caught a catfish and a grouper), and spent the next day on the beach collecting shells and swimming.
Had to leave my menagerie of pets and animals with Amanda, Caroline & my mom. Ducks, rabbits, chickens, dogs & cats. I'd like to get a milk goat, but we have to really think about who will do the milking when we are away.

Looks like fun! I would love to go to the Everglades.
Hey maybe we couls split a goat. I have no idea how to milk a goat but would be willing to see what we could work out.
also I read about someone who had milk cows and kept the calf on her part time and milked just what they needed. The only other problem with goats is what to do with the offspring
Doing some long overdue blog catch-up while waiting for my cooking to catch up... Goodness! He's growing up!
